Handy Levels For Picture Hanging

Hi friends! I took a break from QTT over the holidays and it somehow turned into 2 months. But not to worry all you quick tip lovers! It’s back!
If you do a lot of leveling on the go, pick up one of these little cuties for under $3. They are lightweight and easy to stow in your bag of tricks!
I found this one at my local hardware store. It’s about half the size of a pen.
Here are the nautical maps I instragrammed about last week that I framed and hung for a client.
Ahhh…that straight and level line makes my eyes happy!

If you have an iPhone you can also utilize the level via the Compass feature (top right hand box).

This is the screen when you click on the compass utility.
Slide to the left and a level appears. Such a great feature!

There you go friends, short and sweet!
You may have also seen on Instagram that this weekend we had to say goodbye to our beloved Saint Bernard, Bruschi. He was a senior citizen as far as Saints go (over 8 years) and we knew the day was coming but it’s still never easy to say farewell. He was such a good boy and we will miss him so.

Have a great day friends.
XO Lisa

I've never seen a tiny level like that, how handy! Have you seen the actual level app? It has a bubble and everything! Pretty cool. So sorry again about your pup. ;( I know you all will have an empty spot in your family.

I'm so sorry about your sweet boy! I wish I wasn't so impatient with technology or I wouldn't have discovered that simple level on my phone years ago!! Great tip!
