I have made many versions of pumpkin muffins over the years and really like this one I recently tried from Sweet Hersey Living (I made the pecan-less version). Not too sweet, great for on-the-go, and perfection with a cup of coffee in the a.m.
For Sunday dinner yesterday, I made The Pioneer Woman’s Pork Roast with Apples and Onions. The sauce, which is made from reducing the cooking liquid into a syrup, was divine and made the meal.
For special occasions around my abode, we are all big fans of Trader Joe’s Chocolate Croissants. I get them for Christmas morning and recently picked some up my 15 year old’s birthday breakfast. Nothing says LOVE to him more than chocolate and flaky crust!

We're getting a Trader Joe's soon! Can't wait to try out the croissant goodness, then I'll blame you when my hips start expanding. 😉

Oh dear. When I was little I used to bake pumpkin cookies and my mother still has my handwritten recipe in her recipe file. So excited I just got my first bottle of Pumpkin Spice creamer too! Happy Fall!!

I live for those croissants. They are a weakness of mine.
