Today in this Mother’s Day series I am sharing an interview with my Mangia Mondays friend, Kristin. Kristin is training to be a chef and shares amazing recipes on her sunshiney blog. I love reading Kristin’s posts not only because of the yummy foods she presents, but also because she is so positive, humorous and lighthearted. Her joy for marriage and life is contagious!
Without further ado – welcome, Kristin!
this is a couple weeks old – i’m actually almost 33 weeks! |
my mom & me… super awesome ’90s picture! |

Kristin, your description of where you’re at in your pregnancy (aching back, swollen feet and enormous anticipation and excitement) bring me back to my first pregnancy. What an exciting time this is for you and Andrew! Your mom sounds like an amazing role model – and something tells me you’re going to be a wonderful mother too. Happy Mothers Day to you and your mom and thanks for sharing your thoughts as a mama-to-be with all of us!
If you are new to Delightfully Dowling, grab a cup of coffee because you might be there for a while! Just a sampling of some of her drool-worthy recipes:
Thanks to Kristin for being a part of the Celebrating Motherhood series and happy day to all!

Hahaha!!! I don't feel old enough to be having a baby… I'm pretty sure I tell my husband, "We're not old enough!" at least 3 times a week! π
