    3.21 miles is a BIG deal! I hate to run as well and am pretty un-athletic surrounded by a house full of athletes!! I will be praying for you tomorrow!! 10 obstacles too?! Ya – the bookcases sound easier and more fun 🙂 but YOU CAN DO IT!!

    fabulous features!!! and way to go- you can do it!!!! i am doing a relay at the end of the month- 17 miles in a 36 hour period for this girl…. and did i mention i hate running, too? what was i thinking- but your attitude is so true. if i can do it, i can do anything!

    Aw thank you for including me!! This series is keeping me motivated each month! You must be my work out twin bc running is such an endeavor for me. I did my first 5 K awhile back and was so nervous. I felt great after though! Good luck you will rock it!
