I’m not hosting Thanksgiving this year, and although I’m good with taking a year off from all the cooking, I wish I could set someone’s table for them. Look at all this beautiful inspiration!
I love the stunning combination of peacock blues and greens with fuschia, and the grapes as part of the floral arrangements.
Visit the blog Designs by Pinky to read the tutorial on creating a floral arrangement like those above.

If you have a teeny tiny budget for decorating your Thanksgiving table, a pretty ribbon can go a long way. How pretty is this mismatched set of silver?
A sprig of rosemary never hurts either!

This gorgeous fall table is rustic elegance at it’s best.
How easy would these be to recreate with fresh pears, a little gold spray paint, cardstock and pins?

The addition of the aqua blue to the traditional Thanksgiving colors of brown, orange and yellow is fun, isn’t it?

Navy blue, white, pinks, purples and gold – an unconventional but oh-so-lovely Thanksgiving tablescape! I adore the napkins tied up with pom pom trim.

How about carrots as the unique element to a centerpiece?

Customize a grocery store bouquet with apples for your harvest table. BHG advises to using twigs to spear the apples, but wooden skewers work great too.
Low centerpieces are great for the dinner table.

This is a such a simple and pretty touch to your Thanksgiving table: leaf placecards. So easy to make with a fine Sharpie paint pen.

One last image. When thinking about your Thanksgiving table, inspiration can be found in abundance on wedding sites such as Style Me Pretty. How gorgeous would a cobalt blue runner, tablecloth or napkins be with flowers in these rich autumn colors?

Remind me of all these pretty ideas next year, when in typical Lisa fashion I’ll be running around like a crazy person basting the turkey, cleaning the bathrooms, and trying to find time for a shower before my guests arrive!

Love the apple idea! So unique and something that could be done on the cheap. Beautiful round-up of ideas, Lisa.

Such pretty ideas. I love the leaves with the guest's names on them. Probably too late for this year, but I'll try to remember these for next. We have 15 people coming. Serenity now!!

I love all these ideas! We host this year (and every year) and I get frustrated with the table setting because we have to squish so many people into our dining room as well as kitchen. It makes it hard to have a beautiful table setting when there are so many extensions and mis-matched chairs! Each year I have been setting a pre-Thanksgiving table so I can enjoy it the month of November. Then I dismantle it and put up the "real" setting for the actual dinner…because I have nothing else to do around here – lol! Anyway, I love your pics!
