officially DONE!
Hemmed! (sort of)
And lined! (sort of)
The dining room itself clearly has miles to go, but seeing as I started this curtain project with hopes of having them done by Easter (as in, April 8th!) I am overjoyed to cross this off my never-ending list of house to-dos!
More on how I dressed these challenging bay windows with stenciled drop cloth curtains in the near future.
Have you finished any long overdue projects recently?

they are beautiful!!! ii love the softness they add, and the tone on tone design.
we don't have curtains in our dining room- i think i might add them if i didn't have the stripes on the wall.
Lady, your home looks straight out of a magazine! I love that second picture of the room and I still can't get over the lantern either. The curtains turned out wonderful!
YAY! So exciting! They look great (definitely worth the wait)!
turned out fantastic!
I love the new curtains! And the dining room looks amazing so far.
Just beautiful!! Curtains are so expensive but such a finishing touch.
Oh my gosh Lisa, it all looks gorgeous! I can't believe they're stenciled drop cloths, they look like one of those pricey designer geometrics! Let's just focus on your beautiful finished project instead of my long overdue UNfinished ones! :)
I love your curtains and all that light in the room. I have tons of projects I'm working on, but I finally finished my chinoiserie powder room which I've been dragging my feet on. So thrilled to finally have it done.
Oh, Lisa, I love these so much! Looking forward to seeing your process. I'm contemplating some stenciled curtains and would love to see your tips! Your dining room is looking lovely as is, but the curtains totally make the space!
Lisa, they look AMAZING!!! I can't wait to hear about how you made them.
Oh they are SO SO amazing!! I LOVE the fabric choice in that room. It is just PERFECT!
Give yourself a great big pat on the back, Lisa. They look great! When you break down the details, make sure you give us a close up of the knobs you hung them on. I'd love to see them closer!
Oh I'm so glad you're going to talk about them some more because they are awesome!
Bedroom and bathroom are the two places where you need high privacy. For this, you should install the curtains with thick and heavy material so that you can keep your privacy private.
AWESOME!! I love the stencil you chose, and honestly, I thought that was the pattern on the fabric - not a stencil! Love them - isn't it amazing what a difference drapes make?
I noticed we comment on the same blogs...do I thought I would check your blog out!! LOVE IT!!!! The curtains look great!!! I've been dreaming of pineapple infused vodka!! So I need to read that post and I adore the bamboo chair and want it for my house!!!!!
They are gorgeous Lisa! They are perfect for your beautiful sunny room!
